At Pet Meister.com we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Items are returnable withinin 30 days of delivery provided:
* The item is returned in new, saleable condition in original package
* Food must not be opened
* A restocking fee of 15% will be applied to any returned merchandise
* Shipping costs are not refundable unless the items shipped were a mistake.
* You must obtain a RMA (Return Merchindise Authorization) through the inquiry page or by calling us at 530.391.1881
